My car was damaged during delivery and the driver wasn’t going to tell me. I noticed the damage upon arrival and informed the dealership. They said they would pay to get it fixed so I wasn’t worried. The finance company would not finish the deal until the damage was fixed. I let the dealership know what the finance company said and I was told to tell the finance company that the car was fixed or they would have to come pick the car up. I did what they asked. Also, there was no temporary license plate on the car so I couldn’t drive it for the first few days. I finally got a temporary license plate that expired after two weeks. I’m now unable to drive the car again AND I’m unable to get the damages fixed due to the tag being expired. The appointment to get it fixed was the day after the tag expired. This has been the most frustrating experience and I’ve been reaching out to fix these issues.
